Daily Duties at T.H. Rogers:

* Managed six Home Building Supply Centers and one Distribution Center with combined total sales of over 16 million dollars annually. * In these seven Centers, managed and reviewed all expenses and paid outs for improvements including cost of new equipment, showrooms and warehouses. * Over 10 years experience in inventory control and purchasing of all building related material. * Over 10 years experience in collections and account receivables with totals of more than one million dollars per month and a customer base of over a 1000. * Over 10 years experience in hiring and retaining personnel, employee education and all personnel related expenses including payroll, pay raises, bonuses, pay incentives and employee evaluation * Developed training manuals and conducted training programs for all Home Building Supply Centers * From August 1995 to August 2007 Supervised and trained fifty or more personnel in the accounting and general ledger of the organization, audited financial reports, accounts receivables, account payables, guidelines and budgeting, technical advice and techniques and when needed conducted forensic bookkeeping and internal audits. * Twelve years experience and training in operating maintaining and modifying the use of multiple non-proprietary accounting packages (QuickBooks) and (Activant Software)
