Provided subject matter on internet security solutions to WW channel partner reps via an online forum. Project management ensuring content is rich and relevant to company's target market. Continuous improvement and enhancement of the online and onsite sales training. Assist the Product Solution Architects align their goals with channel sales training team. Development and management of online system Management of tracking and reporting. Management of budget. Proposal development. Solution architecture overview. SOW development. Responsible for positioning of solutions against competition. Worked closely with partners and partner reps to obtain a deep understanding of what their customers need to enable CA to build training programs to ensure representatives have the right knowledge to address their customers needs, ensure sell through.
