Daily Duties at Federal Realty Investment Trust:

Performed non-anchor retail leasing for the Trust’s diverse West Coast core portfolio with a proven track record of completing new lease transactions in addition to lease renewals, terminations and expansions. Demonstrated consistent rent rollover growth and increased occupancy while consistently obtaining favorable lease terms for the Trust. Proficient in both retail and office lease negotiations from the proposal stage through lease execution. Diverse West Coast portfolio assignment included active leasing of Lifestyle, Neighborhood, Regional, Mixed-Use, Street Retail, Mall and Office projects comprised of approximately 2,198,000 million square feet. Portfolio Assignment: Old Town Center (Lifestyle) – Los Gatos, CA; King’s Court Shopping Center (Neighborhood) – Los Gatos, CA; Crow Canyon Commons Shopping Center (Neighborhood) – San Ramon, CA; Santana Row (Lifestyle) – San Jose, CA; Westgate Mall (Regional) – San Jose, CA; Third Street Promenade (Street Retail and Office) – Santa Monica, CA; Colorado Boulevard (Street Retail and Office) – Pasadena, CA; Bijou Building (Mixed Use) – Hermosa Beach, CA; Fifth Avenue (Street Retail) – San Diego, CA; Escondido Promenade Shopping Center (Regional) – Escondido, CA. Evaluated value-added opportunities within the portfolio and upgraded underperforming Tenants via sales and occupancy cost analysis. Canvassed local, regional and national retailers while cultivating Tenant and Broker relationships. Coordinated leasing efforts with Asset Management in order to achieve corporate objectives. Provided quarterly income projections and regular portfolio updates. Consistent interaction with Tenant Coordination and Legal departments to ensure that delivery dates and rent start dates were met. Experience in overseeing third party brokers.
