Daily Duties at C&C Machining, Inc.:

Grew business from one customer, one employee in first year to 25 customers, 15 employees and over $1M in sales in year five. Accountable for new business development and growing existing accounts. Consulted with customers' engineers on their designs and provided recommendations, based on client requirements, resulting in ease of manufacturing and cost reductions. Established and maintained relationships with business partners, engineers and subcontractors. Hired and managed team of employees including supervisors, machinists, operators, trainees and office staff. Developed and managed budget and supply inventory. Implemented computer-based job tracking and management system to maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. Responsible for scheduling, programming, tooling selection and quality control for all in-house projects. Created Quality Manual required for bidding on government contracts. Successfully installed and implemented Windows Exchange server for use in shop and office.
