Daily Duties at Mc Kesson:
Customer-facing role explaining the requirements for implementation of the McKesson Imaging solution. Performed server hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Proliant Series, IBM and Dell servers at customer site; set up Windows NT, RAID storage systems and server-side ATM (SONET) network, and application servers. Trained customer in both use and maintenance of Imaging hardware and software. Developed detailed implementation documentation for successful account hand-off and transition to Customer Support organization. Provided systems support for: Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition, Windows NT Cluster Server, Windows NT Workstation, Internet Information Server 4.0, Windows 95 and Windows 98. Served as Subject Matter Expert on Database Conversion team for Imaging Solutions Group.
