Daily Duties at Expo Design Center/The Home Depot:
Accountable for the leadership of installation and post installation services within the market. Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service by managing the design/build processes associated with installation. Reviewed plans and specifications prepared by Design Team, with Service Providers and offered solutions to any issues that may exist. Coordinated and integrated the planning, programming, development, oversight, scheduling, and overall management of resources for all projects. Executed capacity by recruiting and managing primary and secondary Service Providers. Produced and processed RFI’s, change orders, Scopes of Work, project updates between Design Team, Contractor, Stores, and Corporate. Conducted quarterly Service Provider line reviews to ensure quality standards were being met. Identified root causes and solved issues with a high sense of urgency.
