IntegraSpec ICF Mississippi, LLC was developed from the ground up. Vice President of Integraspec ICF MS, LLC • Developed an ICF Estimate program using Excel to enter building dimensions with the output being specific materials required, the cost of the material, cost of the labor required, equipment costs, and the net profit attainable. This program allowed for the control of the per square footage cost which allowed to maintain competitive pricing to the customer. • Maintained a cost history and updated costs. • Set up booths at trade and home builder shows. • Performed sales work with customers, prepared cost estimates, compiled and issued proposals. • Trained installers to build ICF commercial and residential buildings.
