Director of Project Management for Mastec Energy Services-The goal was to have all of the divisions heads understand Project Management as being a valuable tool and to provide Project Management Training to the Area Site Vice Presidents, their Operational Managers and General Foreman-Developed a cost tracking system for the installation of both electrical underground duct banks systems and overhead electrical transmission projects-the Cost Tracking system went from the bidding process, to the contract, to and from Oracle and for the cost tracking during construction-Installed Project Managers and Project controllers into ongoing and new transmission and wind farm projects.
