Audit and monitor all aspects of student loan contracts for compliance with client and federal regulations Write policy and procedures in accordance with client contracts and communicate those to the division Present monthly formal audit reports to the executive management Review Operation requests for new letters or letter modification for regulatory compliance Work with letter vendor to coordinate letter modification or addition; including testing prior to production
