Monitor regulatory compliance through agent evaluation and account review for multiple sites Educate agents and management regarding compliance initiatives Analyze data and recognize trends in order to drive change Investigate and respond to regulatory complaints and recognize trends in agent behavior or systemic vulnerabilities Report compliance discrepancies, and complaint investigation to executive management
