Daily Duties at Accenture:

Coordinated a multi-site (onshore and offshore) testing team responsible for updating and maintaining a custom built system known as STAR Repair designed to manage Best Buy’s service repair division, Geek Squad. Utilized multiple testing capabilities including Test Director, Rational Manual Tester (RMT) and Clear Quest Test Manager (CQTM) as part of the Accenture Delivery Tools Suite in a managed services environment (Hosting). Daily Tasks included: - Supervising onshore and offshore testing team members with manual and automated testing cycles. - Developing and managing testing estimates, work plans and variances of test projects involving web services and data warehouse management. - Coordinating cross-release and cross-phase activities with other team leads to ensure the synchronization of functional and technical releases. - Involved in multiple continuous improvement initiatives to enhance requirements traceability, adhere to testing phase containment guidelines, and establish accountability with a deliverable sign-off approach, and standardized testing work plans and reporting methods to integrate Geek Squad into the Best Buy platform. - Facilitating system investigation reports, evaluated risk assessment, assigned resolution resources, and reported status to cross functional teams utilizing applications such as IBM Rational Manual Tester and Rational Clear Quest Test Manager.
