Credit and Collections Manager Apply incoming wires, Letters of credit, ACH, credit cards and checks payments into accounting software on a daily basis. Oversee the firm’s issuance of credit, establishing credit-rating criteria, determining credit ceilings, and monitoring the collections of past-due accounts. Investigate credit and financial information on prospective and existing customers. Verify information on all invoices everyday to make sure all the necessary information is present and accurate before they are mailed to customers. Monitor aging reports and perform account maintenance. Coordinate resolution of invoicing issues, disputes and omissions between customers. Processed sales tax every month. Credit Collections & Contracts Supervisor Oversee the firm’s issuance of credit, establishing credit-rating criteria, determining credit ceilings, and monitoring the collections of past-due accounts. Investigate credit and financial information on prospective and existing customers. Verify information on all invoices everyday to make sure all the necessary information is present and accurate before they are mailed to customers. Coordinate resolution of invoicing issues, disputes and omissions between customers. Negotiated master service agreements with customers and outside attorneys. Credit & Collections Assistant Verify information on the invoices everyday to make sure all the necessary information is present and accurate before they are posted. Made collection calls on a daily basis. Order insurance certificates for customers. Process manufacturing invoices. Prepare and maintain daily invoicing spreadsheet. Check credit references for potential customers. Prepare cash management spreadsheet. Obtain daily bank reports & reconcile cash management sheet to loan ledger. Maintain customer credit files. Maintain all contract files & contract database. Enter daily cash. Preliminary preparation of BBC Accounts Payable Specialist Processed invoices from vendors. Worked with vendors to resolve disputes. Assited buyers with po issues. Processed A/P checks once a week. Monthly tracking of all company vehicles.
