• Integrated and supervised preservation activity for photo-chemical and 2k/4k digital restorations of over 60 titles for Walt Disney Studios, 20th Century-Fox, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Paramount Pictures. • Designed and implemented training program for all technicians and customer service staff to bring the client way of thinking into the vendor workplace. Client approval numbers increased 55%. • Worked closely with clients on appraising and mending original elements needed for restorations with intense attention to detail.
