Daily Duties at Walt Disney Studios:
• Supervised as Project Manager over 65 titles for digital restoration both picture and soundtrack in 2k and 4k workflows; met deadlines, delivered on time and under budget for clients. • Negotiated lower rates from various vendors by implementing strategic process improvements using ISO 9001 guidelines. • Project Managed complete Blu-Ray and DVD production workflow from element gathering to project authoring. • Collaborated with studio technical engineering to develop and execute streamlined solutions with post production deliverables along with 3-D mastering for future Blu-Ray / DVD / Home Entertainment. • Member of the studio restoration team working on classic animation titles such as "Dumbo" and "Fantasia" for long-term preservation and Home Entertainment needs.
