Member of the upper management team reporting directly to the company managing director. - Lead engineering consultant for customers in Europe, South East Asia, Americas and Pacific Rim for all civil and geotechnical design and applications. - Coordinated planning and execution of activities related to engineering assistance, testing, and assessment for opening the market access of the company in the Americas. - Directed external consultants and engineering staff of the twelve subsidiaries of the parent company for projects related to geosynthetics use. - Accountable for sales of the continent while managing a yearly budget averaging US $250,000. - Represented the company to the ASTM D18 and D35 committees, IGS, countries and state DoT. - Created, coordinated and executed formal lectures and technical presentations for internal and external educational outreach seminars.
