Selected Contributions: ▪ Reduced the average rate of post-training requests for additional information by more than 50%; routinely commended by students for provision of the best training ever received. ▪ Revamped the process of field installation and launch to leverage and piggyback already scheduled trips within specific regions, significantly reducing travel costs. ▪ Drove substantial decrease in support requests through superior training and effective response to technical support requests, realizing a 50% reduction in repeat problems within one year. ▪ Developed innovative product retrofit delivering a steep decrease in field service demand and reducing maintenance costs by 60% through a $250 retrofit on a $40K product. ▪ Consulted with customers on product performance, identifying product enhancements in the highest demand by global customer base and collaborating with R&D&E. ▪ Held collateral duty providing technical support for the Air Quality and Radiation divisions; built a skills matrix for the Field Service, Technical Support, and Instrument Repair groups.
