• Oversee global corporate public relations and industry analyst relations programs contributing to revenue growth from $200 million to nearly $1 billion. Architected process-driven public relations and industry analyst relations programs from scratch now generating more than 250 press interviews and industry analyst briefings per year resulting in global coverage across industry segments and verticals. Strategic industry analyst relations programs drove Savvis’ ascension to the top of the Gartner Magic Quadrants for Web Hosting in the US and Europe, as well as appearances on the Gartner MQs for network services and managed security services. Led M&A communications activity supporting the acquisitions of Intel Online Services, Cable & Wireless America, and Wam!Net. Implemented social media public relations and corporate blogging programs. Oversee crisis management activities including a national CEO scandal and major network outages impacting thousands of enterprise customers. Manage multiple PR agency and industry research firms globally. Report to CMO with daily interface with senior management.
