Daily Duties at Asurion:
Directed and supported 6 supervisors and 160 technicians in warehouse and manufacturing environment. Developed short and long-term plans and procedures to manage and maintain departmental and company growth. Set production goals to ensure product quality, performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for P&L management. Increased production by 250,000 units and profit by $4.2 million per year. Managed manufacturing department with $270MM in revenues. Implemented procedures that closed inefficient department and reduce staff by 13%. Increased revenue per unit by 130% - Increased from $173 to $225 per unit produced. Decreased unit production costs by 46% - Decreased from $136 to $73 per unit produced. Increased raw unit production 48% - Increased from 44,000 to 65000 units/ month produced. Managed Tier III call center claims fulfillment teams, maintaining accurate records of insurance claims. Mentored new supervisors to establish organizational culture to core values with new supervisors. Managed shutdown of closed division six weeks ahead of schedule. Improved efficiency, quality, profitability, and production by reducing AHT from 470 to 325 seconds. Improved quality from 90% to 94% through engaging and active management of team and resources. Managed compliance of team scheduled adherence to a maintained average of 93%.
