Daily Duties at National Tire And Battery:
Direct and support retail stores and manage 9 to 12 technicians in a retail, warehouse, and logistics environment. Develop short and long-term plans and procedures to manage and maintain store and company growth. Set production goals to ensure product quality, performance, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide direction to assure adherence to company policy and procedures. Responsible for P&L management.
