Implemented new client-server systems (as an Infrastructure PM) to migrate the business users from mainframe in preparation for Y2K. Utilized Project Management Plan and MS Project as primary tools for schedule to track / manage the budget, critical path & schedule, and resources (personnel, equipment, etc.).
