Daily Duties at Adecco Roche Diagnostics:
Managed all activities related to Global External Web Hosting Migration Project. Completed changes to 20 corporate web sites for worldwide stakeholders and content contributors (virtual project team across 10 time zones). Implemented solution providing 100% availability to eBusiness / ecommerce B2B services. Project saved the company $ 2M annually. Utilized Project Management Plan and MS Project as primary tools to manage the budget, critical path & schedule, and resources (personnel, equipment, etc.). Computer Systems Validation (CSV) Tester - Developed use cases with IBM’s Rational Unified Process (RUP). Validated Computer Systems’ in-house developed WebSphere software thru business User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
