Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Business Analysis: - Instrumental in transforming developer centric application model to data driven rule based model to better address and respond to changing business requirements. - Defined business requirements for enhancements to Cisco's Defect System and Defect Reporting Applications. - Developed Functional Specification with Engineering team to meet business requirements. - Managed Beta Test and Readiness Review for applications releases. Acquisitions / Data Migration: - Led 24+ migrations of defect data from internal and acquired companies’ defect systems. - Analyzed acquired company’s bug management processes, mapped and integrated data with Cisco methodology, developed project plans and schedules for global team. - Directed clean-up efforts of over 300,000 defect records out 1.5 million, assuring data integrity of migration and shutdown of legacy defect system.
