Charleston Southern University Work Values

Daily Duties at Charleston Southern University:

I managed the work study students for the Facility. Work orders produced by students, administration, teachers etc. and our department was to fix/replace parts on the campus. The statistics wer don e at the end of month on amount of tickets and labor hours for the plant facility. I did the auto, life, liability, and board of directors insurance claims. I was to assist the director of the facility in up keeping the budgets of the campus. We made adjustments on a daily basis for budgeting of all departments located on the campus. I dealt with vendors for various services needed on campus. I did adjusting entries every month for the geeneral ledger and payroll for the phyiscal facility. I helped to manage workman's compensation and help to receive inforamtion on the claims.I kept the automobiles maintanance on all auto's including the president of the school. I was on a committee that helped retain employees for the facility.I would even help out in the shop if necessary.
