Daily Duties at Trident Medical Center (Hca):
Payroll for Kronos for 40 + employees. I work for HCA but the management in the kitchen is Sodexo. Help the new management set up menus & schedules for the HCA employees. I am a bridge between the two companies. I do financial statements, billing, invoices for product for both Sodexo and Trident Medical Center for the Nutrition department,scheduling and filling in wherever needed due to short staffing. I'm training the retail supervisor for my old postiion of Front End Manager. The outside management company is suppose to take over the managing of the kitchen.
