Daily Duties at Naca:

 Managed the overall operations of branch offices in the southeast region encompassing Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.  Managed the processing operation, including reporting and systems support for the national underwriting group.  Updated underwriting procedures and manuals to ensure institution was in compliance with federal and state regulations.  Analyzed portfolio delinquency and charge-off trends and reports to senior management relative to credit quality. Implemented workouts on loans that have been delinquent or in default.  Performed delinquent loan file reviews on high delinquency branches to determine if forbearance agreements or loan modifications were necessary to assist customers in reestablishing positive mortgage history.  Worked with banks and community representatives to increase their involvement in the fair lending process and in community development projects that contribute to the stabilization and revitalization of communities.  Investigated potential fraud cases and train personnel in fraud detection.
