 Performed post closing compliance and fraud audits for partnering brokerage firms and lenders to insure all aspects of file including income, credit, and quality to ensure adherence to CRA and fair lending laws.  Evaluated underwriting and credit administration practices (i.e., terms and structure of loans, including length, interest rate, conveyances and pay terms) on loans  Prepare in-depth evaluation of loan collateral for Banking clients, including residential loans, multi-family loans, commercial real estate loans, and Heloc/ second mortgage loans to estimate loan quality and eligibility, and to ensure compliance with the client’s policy, procedures, and regulations.  Reviewed, analyzed and modified overall operational systems and procedures relating to the lending function.  Developed strategies; lead conflict resolution and facilitate decision making between internal and external customers on repurchase collection issues; design and implement efficiencies, including managing the automation of manual processes to increase QC auditing productivity and reduce costs.  Prepared written reports indicating findings/deficiencies regarding compliance laws/regulatory rules/firm policies and recommend resolutions.
