Daily Duties at Festina Usa Inc./ H5 Groupe:
• Responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the company. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage cash flow. Liaison between our accounting department and external auditors prepare financials, schedules and all documents for the audit. • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries and general ledger. • Oversees A/R, charges back, aged discrepancies and collections. Factoring Receivables. • Inventory control. Direct involved in purchasing and monitoring high end items. Perform monthly inventory reconciliation for consignment accounts; included three major national accounts. • Responsible for our distribution center facility. Supervise in total a group of eight people included accounting, services and repairs and shipping department. Hiring and training new employees. • Processing monthly payroll and commissions thru ADPTotalSource. In total 19 full employees, 2 part-times and 5 independents contractors. • Sales tax preparation. • Responsible for the entire process of importing goods from overseas. Prepare documents for our customs brokers and monitor cargo from origin to destination.
