• Managed development and implementation of a sales force automation project for medical implant manufacturer. The application involved sales reps collected product inventory placed on consignment in hospitals. It was based on rolling out IBM laptops and a HP iPAQ Pocket PC platform with attached bar code reader to scan product inventory for later transmittal to sales database. • For the SFA project, worked with end users to gather requirements, develop specifications, and then managed application build with outside vendor. Developed the training materials, conducted training and provided rollout support for 150 national sales reps. Developed all system documentation including work flows and use case surveys using Word and Visio.
