Daily Duties at Gander Mountain:
Assist the managers in the operations of the store. Be the middle man in directing employees of manager and company direction. Raise awareness of standards of departments and the overall store along with provide a high level of customer service. Act as the Manager-On-Duty on an as needed basis.
