Daily Duties at Yelvington Aviation Inc.:
Worked major re construction on Lear 25 and 35 series jets. Repaired cracked stringers rib’s and skins per engineering disposition. Also manufactured and terminated wire harnesses for new RVSM packages. Fabricated pluming in e-bay (nose compartment) for pitot static and cockpit pluming for air speed and altitude indicators. Fabricated and installed doublers for repairs and antenna mounts. Also removed, repaired and remanufactured new interiors for installation. Engineering Liaison and Process planning. Helped in the design and implementation of structural, avionics and interior manufacturing. In charge of all six sigma (Lean Manufacturing) processes and manufacturing improvements. Implemented large process and quality inspection improvements per Lear Jet Standard Practices and Procedures.
