Daily Duties at Nomad Aviation Co.:
Supervised the in dock inspections and removal of existing avionics; equipment, wiring, and interiors. Planned and Supervised Production flow in all aspects of aircraft production. Initiated quotes/proposals to NAVAIR officials to fix both structural and system discrepancies. Designed repairs and incorporated fabrication/installation instructions, Choreographed DER approvals and SRM repairs per customer request. Supervised the Pro-Line 21 airframe modification to T-44 structures. Supervised system maintenance in accordance with 135 operational guidelines and Raytheon Aircraft Maintenance Manuals. After designed modifications and systems maintenance were complete, I supervised first initial engine runs and repairs of any malfunctions created during the modification process.
