Superintendent • Managed all phases of construction in Martin and St. Lucie County (15-20 homes at any given time) • Scheduled all trades • Handled all inspections and correspondence with inspectors, engineers and the building department • Ensured quality of construction products and installation • Scheduled delivery/closing dates • Worked closely with home owners to ensure customer satisfaction
