MADE SALES: Made initial contact with new prospective clients. Consulted with them and sold them my company’s services. PROPOSED DETAILED SOLUTIONS: Created written project design technical specifications and requirements for client approval. EXECUTED: Designed, structured, and built spreadsheet and database solutions for clients. Designed, coded, and debugged large and complex VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming solutions for clients. WARRANTY AND FOLLOW-THROUGH: Provided proactive technical support consulting services for both under construction and post-sale follow-up and warranty coverage to clients by telephone and email. LEGAL: Drew up edited, and consulted my company on contracts and other legal documents such as SOWs, EULAs, NDAs, etc. DOCUMENTED: Drafted, created and shaped formal company policies and guidelines. ACCOUNTABILITY: Created financial accounting and invoicing system that is still being used for tracking billing and payment data.
