Daily Duties at Mariner Health:
• Responsible for district census goals through facility support, training & mentoring. • Daily monitoring of census trends with direct facility support if downward trend noted. • Facilitate the sales process within the district through sales team development, sales training, ongoing attendance of sales meetings, coaching sales calls and weekly reviews of sales plans.
