Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Manned the Support Price Hotline (availability of product support contracts). SUPPORT DISCONTINUANCE ADMIN (SDM): Conducted statistical research studies on which HP products could be coupled with which support contracts, if any, and if so, where. SUPPORT OPTION PENETRATION ANALYSIS: Did research on how well support options were being purchased with H-P products worldwide. FOLLOW-UP: Published and disseminated findings to H-P personnel on a need-to-know basis. DOCUMENTATION: Created step-by-step written guidelines used to train incoming personnel in support option/contract procedures and analyses.
