As a Receptionist for Rose, Klein & Marias, LLP, I managed the front desk at the Mission Valley office location. I was primarily providing phone coverage (on a multi-line phone system), scheduling, filing, and weekly supply inventory. I sent out faxes and transcribed voice messages for the attorneys and their legal secretaries, and also provided any additional assistance upon request.
