Directed the team responsible for all discretionary changes made to AXA Equitable’s Annuities administration system (OMNIPLAN), supporting approximately 100K plans with annualized assets of $1B. Developed and managed the outsourcing knowledge transfer phase of AXA Equitable's traditional Pension Annuities Administration system, part of a major outsourcing initiative. Part of a team that reduced IT staff overhead by 75% by ensuring complete transfer of Omniplan systems and business knowledge to an offshore consulting firm. Project Leader for introduction of Self-Direct Brokerage Accounts that enabled employees of hundreds of corporate clients to trade assets within their 401K plans. System immediately positioned AXA to increase its overall assets under management. Led team that designed and developed a system that supported sales and service of new Term Insurance product offering, ultimately enabling the company to be more market competitive.
