• Created position to enhanced support for subsidiary and joint ventures around the world, in eleven International locations. Between 1991 to 2000, was a member of the management team that increased international business from US$ 10 Million/year to US$ 30 Million/year. • Team leader that delivered three major products that increased overall company sales by $10Million/year (ClearFlow, Reduced Sound Cooling Towers, and FM approved cooling towers) • Created an increased awareness of Marley’s Products and Services in the Global Marketplace. • With the management team, started three new joint ventures in China, Malaysia and Indonesia. • Introduced five new products, three in subsidiary operations, which added $12+Million/year, in England, Malaysia and China. • Recruited from previous position for marketing and sales management in this underdeveloped International Territory. • Excelled in steadily increasing sales through inspirational leadership - effectively coaching and mentoring the existing sales representative network, while growing the network with addition of new sales representatives. • Increased sales from US$ 2 Million/year to nearly US$ 5 Million/year, in last two years.
