• Coordinate the Continuous Improvement culture • Responsible for 87 employees and charged with increasing NEFM while cutting costs. • Reducing MPC • Reducing Departmental Waste. • Responsible for Plate Ordering, Ink Room procedures, Pressroom operations, and associated personnel issues.
