Daily Duties at Us Army Reserves:

: Performed maintenance and repair of automotive systems and components for a diverse range of tanks, recovery vehicles, family vehicles, and tactical trucks. Directed the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of production efforts involved with the overhaul, modification, repair, and fabrication of vehicle and equipment components. Supervised maintenance operations complying with regulatory and statutory requirements. Helped direct battalion maintenance operations. Supervises unit, direct and general support maintenance on all types of mechanical equipment; planed layout of maintenance shops and facilities; supervised production and quality control; evaluated work performance and training requirements of subordinates; assisted in preparing maintenance policies, technical studies, correspondence, records, planning reports and special reports. Coordinated supply activities involving request, receipts, storage, issue, accountability, and preservation of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment. Contributed to staff development and operations of supply support data systems, equipment review, and salvage and repair parts procedures. Supervised the technical aspects of unit property book records. Monitored and preformed evaluations of subordinate supply operations. Complied with appropriate regulations, forms and procedures pertaining to property books, hand receipts, and other property accounting documents. IMPAC card holder. Drivers training program instructor/supervisor. Recognized as the subject matter expert on various technologies, including ULLS-G / SAMS 1/2E, PBUSE, SARRS, PLL operations, automated maintenance and supply management systems, and regulatory compliance. Cultivated relationships with direct support maintenance teams to successfully reduce the turnaround time of equipment in a mission-critical environment.
