Identified and purchased Insurance Company Successfully managed Joint Venture for Celtic Insurance – developed small group product for Denver, Colorado • Director of Product Management. Development of new products and initial sales. Built a staff of 12. • Defined and implemented the introduction into Disease Management resulting in net profits of over $3 million and client savings of over 33%. Covered 1.6 million lives in the first year for transplant, cardiac, maternity and pharmacy. These products spanned many Payer groups, including Group Health, Workers Compensation and Auto Insurance. This model was expanded to other areas.
