Daily Duties at Us Army:
Deployed to active duty to serve in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Planned, organized, and executed maintenance of electronic equipment, vehicles, weapons systems, and tanks. Rendered technical advice and support on supply, maintenance, logistics management, and maintenance procedures improvement initiatives. Managed a cross-functional maintenance team, providing oversight of production and quality control, maintenance policies and technical manuals, and personnel management functions. Served as the Contracting Officers Represenative for DS/GS contracted maintenance. Prepared and presented daily, weekly, monthly briefings. Planned unit movement to and from the theatre of operations. Played a critical role in leading the successful start-up of the standard maintenance system to increase productivity, reliability, and efficiency targets across the maintenance department. Dedicated technical training time to a major international contractor to ensure implementation of a man-hour management program that increased accountability from ~45% to ~85%. Redesigned shop operations to reduce repair time, decrease order ship time, and improve overall organization and operational reliability rates. Current Secret Security Clearance. Unit Movement NCOIC Hazardous Materials certifier
