Responsibilities: client assessments, qualified and quantified improvement opportunities, developed and maintained client relationships. Recruited and mentored consultants. Identified and achieved $20 million of improvement for a billion dollar health system. Engagement team size varied from 3 to 12. Assisted in the development of new technology to reduce claims denials, improve patient access data capture and Increase and improve cash flow and collections. Developed key performance indicator “report cards.” Prepared letters of understanding, project staffing and financial budgets, and project work plans for new client business.
