Daily Duties at Michelin Tire:

Primary responsibilities include management and implementation of predictive and preventative maintenance programs. Areas of predictive emphasis include Vibrational Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Infrared Imaging. Some experience with MCE (Motor Circuit Evaluation) and Motor Shop evaluation and selection. Develop, justify, design and implement retrofits on filtration systems for various hydraulic and pneumatic systems throughout the plant. In depth study of Tire Press/Curing machines and their component failures. Employee and Contractor management and supervision experience. Root Cause Analysis training via RCI. Root Cause team leader on a few “high profile” issues within the plant.
