Designed, wrote and maintained System User Manual for an increase of user effectiveness and the understanding and use of document control resulting in a decrease in user faults by over 60%. 5. Developed and implemented training program; conducted plant wide training of over 1000 personnel resulting in over 2000 man hours of hands on system training.
