Daily Duties at At&T:
Directed and managed all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures for converting the center to a sales and customer service environment. Established and implemented performance and service standards. Developed and implemented processes operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of a 500 seat sales operation. Ensured productivity met or exceeded customer service and quality standards. Created departmental budget and controlled costs. Managed all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems. Established and implemented performance and service standards. Identified and executed processes or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Ensured productivity met or exceeded service and quality standards. Implemented performance management plans throughout 58 nationwide Call Centers.
