Daily Duties at American Wireless:
Responsible for leading and managing a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps to resolve all customer issues, concerns, and complaints without higher-level intervention. Monitored calls and coached employees on opportunities for improvement. Met with the team weekly to set goals and assess progress to maintain an extremely high level of customer satisfaction. Implemented strategies to earn new clients and prepared custom proposals and training for Outside Reps for national accounts; all while, creating and modifying department policies and procedures. Managed availability of Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps on real-time basis to meet defined performance targets and to ensure our customer’s needs were met and exceeded. Identified opportunities for each of Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps to deliver a satisfying buying experience for every customer on every interaction. Coordinated the hiring of new team members and trained current and new employees on policies, procedures, consultative selling techniques, up selling, and new product roll-outs.
