Prepared and managed PowerPoint sales presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Managed offices in New York and Los Angeles; supervised and lead administrative staff. Coordinated office-wide events (annual holiday party, picnics and client entertainment). Served as the liason for HR department. Managed, hardware, software and network needs through an office relocation. Handled lease contracts with local vendors; processed vendor invoices.
