Provided administrative support to two Partners, three Directors, and three Senior Managers Prepared and coordinated the planning of meetings, consultations, conferences and workshops Prepared PowerPoint sales presentations; prepared and maintained tax returns for large clients Prepared agenda's and assisted in the production and distribution of meeting material Handled and maintained all confidentiality agreemtns and contracts Created and issued weekly reports to Senior Management usind advanced Excel and PowerPoint Issued monthly final invoices in format agreed with by client; greeted and escorted clients Investigated and resolved billing problems for clients; assisted with general accounting functions Managed all personal and business expenses; ordered and maintained supplies for department
