Provided administrative support to two Senior Vice Presidents reporting directly to the CEO. Managed senior management intensive calendar and meeting management using Outlook. Interfaced with senior management for creating reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Prepared and maintained PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Traveled as necessary with Senior Management to headquarters in Richmond VA. Collaborated with team members to create a smooth workflow with meeting deadlines. Assisted CEO as needed when visiting the New York office. Assisted Human Resources with on-boarding of new hires; supervised administrative staff. Coordinated travel and managed expenses for senior management.
